We are a DofE approved activity provider and have often had groups of students complete their volunteering at our Orchard for their Duke of Edinburgh (DOE) award.
To join all they need to do is fill in our online form and then we will send details.
We have weekly 2 hour work parties that they can join in – more info.
There are many ways to volunteer with us!
Planting, pruning, protecting and nurturing trees and plants, growing vegetables, composting, mulching, clearing paths in the nature reserve, species surveying and Tree ID.
Plus running community events, cooking and serving refreshments in the Core building and various interesting projects.
