The Leach offered a free creative community workshop at their pottery to create a St Ives Community Orchard Mug.
All attendees made their own hand-built mug with clay and used textures and growth from plants, seeds, leaves picked at the Community Orchard to imprint on the mugs. The mugs looked great and the workshop was very much enjoyed by all attendees. The mugs will be fired and ready for collection from the St Ives Community Orchard in 8 weeks time. All will be invited up for a fire in the orchard where we will heat up the kettle to make a hot drink in the mug & cook marshmallows over the fire. Thanks Leach for organising this experience.
